The staff is respectful. The room is well furnished and brand-new with a big size bathroom. The executive onsite bar serves complimentary drinks. Everything is nice at the hotel. They offer friendly service. The hotel has magnificent views of the lake. I always choose this place whenever I am in Indianapolis.

Overall the room is nicely furnished, newly remodelled and includes central heating, pay TV, and a safe box. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large.

The friendly service stood out to us during our stay. The attention to detail was impressive as well. The room we stayed in had a newly renovated and neat design, with a comfortable king bed and complimentary cosmetics. The location was ideal, surrounded by stores, businesses, a beautiful artificial lake for jogging, and various dining options.

The room was a nice size, included down pillows. Coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge were provided if needed. The hotel's position was nice close to restaurants and bars.

I absolutely adored the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel's common areas. The warm colors and comfortable seating made it a delightful spot to relax and socialize. Additionally, I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior guests, with well-maintained elevators, spacious hallways, and handrails in convenient places, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for us seniors.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff could offer more personalized assistance for seniors with mobility challenges.

The breakfast was delicious, we appreciated plenty of meals. The rooms are brand-new with cosmetics, comfy beds and decent space. The staff are awesome. The location is ideal, just next door to the mall, several restaurants, and other amenities.
